Appellate Litigation The Litigation Department of Vascoe Valdes LLP offers comprehensive legal services in all major areas of corporate, commercial, and public law litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Our practice includes appellate work before federal and state courts and agencies throughout the country. Most of our litigators have substantial experience in both trial-level and appellate litigation. In addition, our Appellate Practice attorneys focus their practices on appellate advocacy and counseling. We frequently are asked to undertake full responsibility for handling appeals; on other occasions we are invited to assist our colleagues and clients in their own appellate work, through undertaking specialized research and drafting, organizing moot courts, and providing strategic counsel.
